TERMS & CONDITIONS-CANACELLATION POLICY

How Our Road Test Booking Service Works

We are not affiliated with the Ministry of Transportation or DriveTest. By using our service, you agree to pay an administration and processing fee. Our goal is to save you time and effort, especially since many Drive Test Centers are fully booked for months.

Our team and advanced booking system continuously monitor openings day and night to secure appointments that match your preferences. While we strive to find your requested slot, availability is first-come, first-served, and exact matches cannot be guaranteed if another customer books before you.

After submitting your request and payment (including the DriveTest booking fee: $91.25 for G tests and $53.75 for G2 tests), we immediately begin searching for a suitable appointment. Once secured, you will receive an email confirmation—please ensure your email address is correct and check your inbox regularly.

If your requested date is unavailable, we will notify you promptly. Additional information, such as your license number or an abstract from ServiceOntario, may be requested via email. Changes or cancellations after booking must be made directly through DriveTest. We are not responsible for missed notifications, no-shows, or cancellations due to weather, staffing shortages, or unfit vehicles. Most appointments are confirmed within 15 days of placing your order.

Service Agreement – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our services involve administrative and processing work that begins immediately after an order is placed. For this reason, all service and booking fees are generally non-refundable once processing has started. Customers may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order; a $20.00 cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs.

If your road test booking has already been submitted to the Ministry, refunds must be requested directly from the Ministry. Please review the following terms for full details on eligibility, timelines, and dispute procedures.
